Weightloss Transformations; say what you want about them, but if we’re honest with ourselves, we a truly obsessed with them. And why wouldn’t we be? A lot of them can be insanely inspirational, and in the case of our loved ones, it can be a great feeling to see them making positive changes in their lives and feeling better about themselves. Another thing is, transformations (weight-loss or other) seem to be everywhere these days, it seems as though you can’t log onto any kind of social platform without being bombarded by them… so it’s easy to kind of skip past most of them and allow them to slip into the depths of the and the beast wow GIF

Every now and then, however, there comes along at least one transformation that is so unbelievable that you can’t help but be caught up in absolute awe of it once you see it. For me, this insane transformation was the one Jeffery Kendall underwent in order to make a magical change in his life. And what a magical change it is. To see exactly what I’m talking about, keep scrolling below!

This is Jeffery Kendall. Jeffery recently went on a weight-loss journey which has turned me into a believer; Disney Princes’ are real, they’re out there, they exist, and they are waiting for us.

I’m talking about one Disney Prince in particular, and for me, it is the ultimate Disney Prince; Prince Adam, or as he is more commonly known, the Beast from Disney’s Beauty & the Beast.

Jeffrey’s unexpected fame started when he first shared his pre-weight-loss photos on popular user (and often bizarre contented) site Reddit.

“I’ve lost a lot of weight,” wrote Jeffery himself, “A lot of sadness, and a little facial hair. I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for life.”and because he’s also a big softie with a huge heart,  he also added; “Remember to always love yourself,”Amen to that Jeffery! A great positive message to pass on to everybody.

Jeffery also talks about the diet he took on in order for this transformation to happen in his post — particularly the amount of alcohol he consumed.

“I went from binge drinking at least once or twice a week to having drunk about a dozen times or so last year, it makes a big difference!” he wrote.

However, Jeffery’s diet isn’t the only thing that has changed.

As a result of his 70 lb weight loss, Jeffery is looking a lot less like a Viking king (not I think there’s anything wrong with looking like a Viking king, personally) and a lot more like a Disney prince. SWOOOOON.
I mean, seriously though, it’s legit like Prince Adam stepped straight out of my Beauty and the Beast: 25th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray + DVD box set. And thus, after all these years of waiting, my childhood dreams have finally come true.

Yep, that’s right, the Beast is alive and well and he WALKS AMONG US. Also… he has a jawline sharp enough to cut glass on!

Yes, your eyes do not deceive you, this is the actual current Jeffery Kendall, and his face is lookin’ more chiseled than all four of the presidents on top of Mount Rushmore presidents. I also can’t help but think he’s put that shirt on to add to the effect too. Either way, it’s freakin’ working for him!

And here’s another picture of Jeffer— nope, wait, sorry, that’s Prince Adam.

Now, if you’re anything like me and your favorite Disney princess is Belle, then you’re more than likely having an incredibly “thirsty” moment right now… well don’t be ashamed, ’cause I sure ain’t!

Good LORRRRD I’m sorry, but. that. bone. structure. My eyes can’t handle it!

Oh come on, it’s not like I’m the only person who’s noticed. in fact, I’m far from it!
“Seriously dude that is one epic jawline,” commented one Reddit user, “I’m usually a big supporter of a good beard but you are doing yourself a disservice hiding that piece of cut marble.”
same, bro, same!

Annnnnd the huge schoolgirl crush continues…

So at this point, I could go into detail about just how much people appreciate Jeffery’s transformation, However, I think the last comment below sums it up quite nicely… And then shortly after Jeffrey’s story took the internet by storm, he got a the most AMAZING confidence boost from Google.

“I heard my image was being used by other people,” wrote Jeffery.

“So I reverse image searched it and got the biggest ego boost #happy,” he commented. I’m just really glad to see Jeffery out here living his best life, getting the good vibes he deserves and getting hit on by Google. I mean… imagine being referred to as a real-life Prince Charming! Usually, I’m compared to Maleficent or Ursula the Sea Witch.

It’s important to note that before his weight-loss journey, Jeffery said he “was in a long-running battle with self-image and depression.”

And now, wonderfully, he has his friends, family, and thousands upon thousands of online fans and supporters there to thank for helping him through this journey.

“Thank you all so much, you fill me with a constant motivation,” wrote Jeffery to his (currently 30k+) Instagram followers.

It truly is amazing what a little support and positivity can do for a person! I think it’s important to mention here as well that weight loss, diet, and exercise… well that isn’t always the cure for low self-esteem and depression, however, it is a great start… and you’ll be amazed to find what an incredibly positive effect a little working out can do for your mental health!

One thing’s for sure, Jeffery definitely seems a lot healthier and happy than he was before, you go Jeffery! What was that? You want to see a couple more photographs before we go? Oh okay, go on then…

Now I don’t know about you, but usually, I get a little P.O’d whenever I see a man with better hair than me, I mean, what gives them the right? However, in Jeffery’s case I think I can let it slide because let’s be honest, he looks absolutely fabulous.

Jeffery has also listed himself as an “aspiring model” on his Instagram, which I think is such a great thing for someone who once suffered from low self-esteem. Besides, after seeing this picture, I honestly believe he would make a freaking great model!

So you see folks? Fairy tales really can come true after all! And if that isn’t inspirational then I don’t know what is. What do you think of Jeffery’s transformation? Do you have an epic transformation story of your own? Let us know in the comments, and don’t forget to share with all your family, friends and fellow Disney lovers too! AA x
