This Woman Breastfeeds her Bodybuilder Boyfriend Every Two Hours

For most of us it’s common knowledge that, when it comes what’s best for raising an infant child, breast milk is the way to go. It’s full of the right nutrients to strengthen their delicate, fragile, little bodies and help them to fight against potential illnesses during the early stages of a baby’s life.

And, as the breastfeeding advocates often say, it’s the most natural thing in the world, it’s what breasts exist for, and therefore something that people shouldn’t be ashamed of.

But usually, by a certain age, our mothers would have weaned us off breastmilk for good. And that’s because as we get older, breastmilk becomes less beneficial for our stronger, less vulnerable bodies.

And you know, we become adults, so breastfeeding would just be weird.

But try telling that to this Jennifer Mulford and Brad Leeson from Atlanta. The couple, both 36, are in an “Adult Breastfeeding Relationship”, which means exactly what you think it does.

Yup, that’s right – Jennifer breastfeeds Breed regularly. In fact, it’s such a regular thing for the two of them that Jennifer has QUIT HER FREAKIN’ JOB so that she can concentrate on feeding him full-time. Unbelievable.

They are part of what is known as an “Adult Breastfeeding Relationship” which is typically made up of two consenting adult partners who get pleasure out of breastfeeding.

I try to live by the philosophy of “live and let live”. You know, whatever happens between two consenting adults is fine. But to be honest, this is really testing that philosophy for me.

There are many questions here, apart from the obvious “WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!”, which we’ll come to in a moment.

But first of all, how does Jennifer lactate? After all, she’s not pregnant, and has never had children.

Well, to help her with this, Mulford drinks something called Mother’s Milk Tea (a herbal drink which supposedly imitates female hormones) up to three times a day. And she also takes a herbal pill called Lactiful to help her increase her milk supply.

In their relationship, Mulford is the ‘breastfeeder’ and she said of their bizarre arrangement in an interview with a British newspaper, “It was like a light switched flicked in [my boyfriend’s] head. I could tell from his voice that he was curious and excited.”

Because she has not yet had a baby, Mulford and her boyfriend have to ‘dry feed’ in order to recreate the bodily functions that normally only occur post pregnancy. It’s only then that her body is able to start producing milk.

Now while it is pretty vital that people in relationships have a close bond with their other half, there is such a thing as being too close, and if this ain’t it then I don’t know what is.

As often as every two hours, Mulford will allow her boyfriend to latch onto her breast and so that he can feed, despite him being perfectly capable of eating other ordinary foods. I mean, the guy is a bodybuilder, for crying out loud!

Obviously, breastfeeding every two hours is time-consuming, so the couple have taken drastic steps to accommodate this… activity. Mulford is so dedicated to their new lifestyle, that she even quit her job as a bartender. “I’ve taken a break from my job because I want to devote everything to making this work,” Mulford admitted.

The two of them are childhood sweethearts, which is always kinda cute I guess, but some things are best left in childhood, namely breastfeeding.

Naturally, this has caused a lot of negative response from others across the world, particularly online. They have been called everything from degenerates to perverts. The couple are well aware of this, but given that they chose to publicise their unusual arrangement, they’re obviously not shy about it.

Jennifer claims that breastfeeding isn’t just an act that can strengthen the bond between a mother and her baby, it can have the same effect on those in romantic relationships.

She says that the act has brought the two of them closer together than ever before.

“At that moment I knew that I had a partner for life… We both wanted the same thing out of the relationship – a magical bond that only breastfeeding can achieve,” she explained.

This couple are well aware that almost everyone else thinks they’re weird, but apparently they couldn’t care less.

What do you think, folks? Should we indeed “live and let live”, or does this cross some sort of line? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
