I don’t know about you but I love carbs.
I can’t think of anything better than stuffing my face with cheese and crackers along with a nice glass of wine!
It’s heaven to me!
But sadly, it’s not the healthiest mix.
While it’s true that carbs are good for you. But just like most things, too much of anything is bad for you.
Carbs give you the energy you need to go about your day, and no matter what your diet may consist of, carbs are extremely hard to avoid.
Whenever most people try to go on a diet, the first thing they stop eating is carbs, or they try to lower the amount of carbs they eat.
But this is a lot harder to do because a lot of foods consist of carbs, which makes trying to limit your carb intake a lot harder!
Without eating carbs, many people void eating things like burgers, hot dogs, wraps, tacos, even pasta.
But what they don’t know is that there are a number of yummy foods they can replace their bread with!

1. Feeling Peppery
This scrummy yummy sandwich swaps out the break for a sliced red bell pepper.
It’s a Red Chime Pepper Sandwich by The Primal Parent, and it’s stuffed with turkey, seaweed, and avocado.
2. Going Green
This is a Collard Green Wrap which was made by Dinnerwithaura.
If you can’t have bread or flour, don’t let it stop you eating wraps. Just wrap your food in something else, like collard greens.
3. On Cloud Nine
We often think of cotton candy as edible clouds but that’s really not the case anymore.
The cloud sandwich is made by Big Apple Mama, and it’s a simple recipe that doesn’t use any flour, so it’s not a carb.
It’s light, fluffy and soft and made out of eggs, cream cheese and cream of tartar.
