Wrinkles, they come to us all as we grow older. They’re just something that happens as we age, but for some reason we seem to look at them as something we’d really rather be rid of. Remember when you were young and you noticed the first wrinkle form under your eyes or around your mouth? Looking back on it, our reactions were probably a bit disproportionate to how serious this issue actually was.
We’d all like our skin to be smoother, firmer and more wrinkle-free but if you’re not willing to go under the knife, this seems impossible to achieve. However, there are some scientifically sound methods that we can all use to get rid of those wrinkles for good. We’ve found eleven simple, everyday things that you can do to kick those wrinkles to the curb.
1. Go organic
Making the switch to natural, organic foods can make a huge difference to your skin. This is because organic food provides the best natural sources of the vitamins and minerals your skin needs to be at it’s best. Your skin also needs protein, so also consider switching to organic meat or adding nuts to your diet, which are a great natural source of protein. Protein helps your skin to build the things it needs to stay strong and healthy.
2. Coconut oil
Coconut oil has a million uses, you can use it in cooking, on your hair, and on your skin too. It’s an amazing moisturiser and comes from an all natural source, making it just what you need to give your skin a boost of brightness. You can even apply coconut oil under your eyes, which is something you can’t do with a lot of cosmetic products, where it will target the fine lines that lurk in that sensitive skin. Just be careful when you apply it, as getting some actually in your eyes can be irritating. You can even use coconut oil as a natural way to remove your make up at the end of the day!
